Arsenal are reportedly on the verge of completing their second summer signing after agreeing upon a fee to sign goalkeeper Bernd Leno from Bayer Leverkusen.
The Germany international has been involved in a transfer tussle between the Gunners and Napoli in recent weeks but the former appear to have won the race after agreeing on a £21.9m sum with Leverkusen, Kicker claims.
It is added that the shot-stopper could put pen-to-paper on a five-year contract with the Gunners on Tuesday, provided he undergoes a successful medical with Unai Emery's side.
Leno has been regarded as one among the most consistent goalkeepers in the Bundesliga and he most-recently made the preliminary World Cup squad for Germany.
The 26-year-old is expected to join the Gunners following a seven-year period with Leverkusen where he managed 304 appearances across all competitions. During this period, he has been relative injury-free with just six league matches missed.
