Tottenham Hotspur defender Ben Davies has said that he is unsure whether Gareth Bale could make a possible comeback from Real Madrid in the summer.
The Wales international was recently jeered off the pitch during the 1-0 El Clasico defeat to Barcelona and reports have since indicated that the attacker will seek to leave the European champions.
Amidst this, Davies has been asked whether his compatriot could seal the return to north London with Spurs but the Welshman is unsure over the same, he said: "I can't comment on him coming to Spurs. I don't know if that is possible."
Bale has endured several injury concerns over the past five-and-a-half seasons at Los Blancos and he has recently found himself in-and-out of the starting lineup under Santiago Solari.
Still, Real Madrid are said to demand at least £85m for the summer sale of the Welshman and this may prove a massive stumbling for Spurs, should they even consider re-signing their former ace.
