Serie A champions Juventus are hopeful of finalising a fee in the region of £84m in order to re-sign midfielder Paul Pogba from Manchester United this summer.

  • The Bianconeri have been widely tipped to land their former player in recent months and reports have emerged that Pogba's agent Mino Raiola has already held talks with the club's hierarchy.

According to Tuttosport, the Turin giants are prepared to make a bid in the region of £84m for Pogba and believe the sum would be sufficient to persuade United into doing business with them.

In case that does not happen, the Bianconeri are prepared to negotiate a player-plus-cash deal for the Frenchman where they could offer United with a choice of a few midfielders, who are out-of-favour.

Emre Can and Aaron Ramsey are among the players, who could head through the exit door in the summer and the latter has regularly emerged as a surprise target for Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's side.
