Arsenal have been credited with an interest in signing Manchester United attacker Anthony Martial in January.
The Frenchman has endured a tough year with the Red Devils, and he is free to pursue a new club in the next transfer window.
Barcelona have been linked with his services, but according to Ekrem Konur, the Gunners are also in the mix to sign him.
Martial has three years remaining on his existing deal with the Red Devils, and the club prefer his permanent departure.
He won't come cheaply for any of the interested clubs. The Mancunian giants are likely to demand at least £40m for his sale.
Meanwhile, Martial's hefty wages of £250,000-per-week could also prove a major stumbling block for interested teams.
The Gunners are braced for the exit of Alexandre Lacazette when his contract expires at the end of the current season.
They are searching for a replacement. It remains to be seen whether they consider a surprise bid to sign Martial from their rivals.
