Cardiff City chairman Peter Ridsdale has declared that Manchester United have yet to make an offer for talented youngster Aaron Ramsay. Sir Alex Ferguson is believed to be on the look out for more young talent this summer, and Ramsay is one of the names on his list.
"I know absolutely nothing about any offer from Manchester United," Ridsdale told the South Wales Echo. "Every scout under the sun is watching Cardiff City at the moment and every player has a value.
"Aaron Ramsey is a Cardiff City player and there is absolutely no agreement with anybody for next season.
"We are building at Cardiff City, although it has always been the case that every player is for sale at the right price."
