Arsenal are reportedly interested in signing Kolo Toure's brother Yaya Toure again. It is believed that the player's current club, Barcelona, are not willing to sell, but the Gunners are to test the Catalonian's resolve.
Wenger has always been an admirer of Yaya, but failed to make a bid for the player whilst he was at Monaco and Olympiakos.
Instead, a route to La Liga followed and a successful stint at Barcelona.
It is believed that Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger would be ready to cough up £9 million to lure the Ivorian to the Emirates.
