Kolo Toure heading for Man City

Kolo Toure heading for Man City

20 June 2009 - 13:19

Kolo Toure is looking increasingly likely to be heading for Manchester City as there were reports from a source close to the Ivory Coast international that Arsenal had agreed terms with the Citizens.

  • Fabrizio Romano updates on Nicolas Jackson's future at Chelsea
  • Arsenal suffer big injury blow ahead of Fulham game
  • It is understood that a fee in the region of £15 million has been agreed between Arsenal and City for the player.

Toure has of late been a bit disappointed with life at Arsenal, particularly with team mate William Gallas.

Mark Hughes has also decided to look for a new defender as Richard Dunne looks to be headed for the exit door at the City of Manchester stadium.

The signing of Thomas Vermaelen appears to be a replacement for the Ivorian, also a target for Barcelona.
