Chelsea loan offer for Parker?

Chelsea are believed to have made a loan offer for Scott Parker, a player who has told West Ham boss Sam Allardyce that he has no intention of staying at the Hammers and playing in the Championship.

It is understood that Chelsea want to bring in Parker on a one year loan deal and will pay 4m GBP for the privilege.

Chelsea do not want to sign Scott Parker permanently and West Ham are ready to let the player leave for just one season so that they can sell for more money next summer.
