Everton want £20m for Rodwell
Everton are demanding £20m for star midfielder Jack Rodwell. The youngster is coveted by some of the biggest teams in the Premier League including Chelsea, Man Utd and Arsenal.
David Moyes has told Rodwell that he wants to keep him at the club, but the lure of a big money move may be hard for the player himself to resist.
Arsenal are the latest side to be linked with a move for Rodwell, as Cesc Fabregas looks set to be next to head for the busy Emirates exit door this summer. Rodwell has been earmarked as possible replacement for Cesc.
Chelsea are also known to be big fans of Rodwell, and new coach Andre Villas-Boas has also made his interest in Oriol Romeu well known, but Rodwell is another option for the Blues.
Everton have told all potential suitors that £20m would be the minimum price the Toffees would consider.
