Everton boss David Moyes is hoping to tie Marouane Fellaini to a new deal at Goodison Park, and is putting the finishing touches to a new offer to the Belgian international midfielder.
Arsenal and Man Utd are big admirers of the defensive midfielder who burst onto the Premier League scene two years ago with some excellent performances.
Fellaini will be offered a new four year deal at Goodison Park worth around £90,000 a week.
