Arsenal renew Jagielka bid to 15m GBP

Arsenal have stepped up their interest in Everton defender Phil Jagielka. The Gunners have already made an offer of 10m and 12m, but both have been rejected.

However, it is now understood that Arsenal have come back with a renewed final offer of 15m GBP for the Everton centre back.

It is understood that Everton are reluctantly ready to sell Jagielka to their Premiership rivals.

David Moyes is already looking for replacements for Jagielka, and has turned his attentions to Blackburn centre back Christopher Samba.
