Arteta can't wait to start Arsenal career

Spanish midfielder Mikel Arteta is looking forward to settling into his new club Arsenal. Arteta completed a transfer deadline day move to the Emirates for 10m GBP.

The Everton man arrives as a replacement for Cesc Fabregas, who departed for Barcelona this summer.

Arteta is looking forward to adapting to the Arsenal style of play.

The new Gunner said: "I can't wait to start playing. I can't wait to play at the Emirates, I think it's an unbelievable stadium. I'm so excited. I have always been a big admirer of the Arsenal philosophy, the way they play, the way they do the job, and it's always exciting watching Arsenal play.
