Arsenal interest in Andre Ayew ends

Arsenal have ended their interest in Marseille winger Andre Ayew, after the player looked set to sign a new deal at Marseille until 2015.

Talks with boss Didier Deschamps are ongoing, and it appears that L'OM are close to agreeing terms with representatives of the player.

Ayew had attracted Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger earlier in the season, after the loss of Samir Nasri.

The highly rated 21 year old looks set to commit to Marseille for at least another season with the new deal.
