Tottenham set for Nikolay Mihaylov move?

Tottenham manager Harry Redknapp has been discussing a transfer move for Nikolay Mihaylov, the Bulgarian international goalkeeper currently with Dutch side FC Twente.

Spurs scouts have been monitoring Mihaylov for several months and have sent back impressive reports to London.

The former Liverpool goalkeeper quit Anfield in 2010 for Holland, but Premier League clubs have been watching closely since.

Tottenham are currently on the look out for a long term successor for aging duo Carlo Cudicini and Brad Friedel.
