Liverpool captain looks forward to Suarez return
Liverpool captain Steven Gerrard is looking forward to the return of Uruguay international striker Luis Suarez, who prepares for a Premier League comeback for the first time since an eight game suspension for allegedly racially abusing Man Utd defender Patrice Evra.
Suarez is available for the Reds' match against Tottenham this weekend, and Gerrard is looking forward to having the former Ajax striker available for first team duties again.
"Luis can help us achieve what we set out to achieve - finishing top four and reaching two finals," said Gerrard.
"I'm sure he will because he's a super player."
Liverpool have been enjoying a recent good spell of form in both domestic cup competitions, whilst their league form has also received a boost after beating Wolves last week.
