Aston Villa to bid for Yoan Gouffran?

Aston Villa are considering a move for Bordeaux winger Yoan Gouffran, after contract talks between the player and his current club appeared to break down this week.

The French forward is out of contract in the summer, and Aston Villa's manager Paul Lambert is believed to be a big fan of the former Caen striker.


According to reports, other English teams are also interested in the Frenchman; with Everton also credited with an interest in the striker.
