Juventus close in on Aleksandar Kolarov transfer
Juventus close in on Aleksandar Kolarov transfer
Juventus will next week announce a 7 million Euro acquisition of Manchester City's defender Aleksandar Kolarov. The Serbian full back has fallen down the pecking order at the City of Manchester Stadium, leaving him with no option to seek pastures new.
Kolarov had a hugely successful spell playing in Serie A with Lazio before joining Man City, and is looking forward to returning to the country where he saw his career blossom.
Kolarov's contract with City is due to expire in 2015, and the club have recently agreed new deals with Pablo Zabaleta and Gael Clichy, whilst Micah Richards will also sign a new deal. This seemingly puts Kolarov even further down the pecking order at Manuel Pellegrini's team, so the player's representatives are hopeful a deal will be agreed in the next week.
