Javier Hernandez ready to quit Man Utd for Tottenham
Javier Hernandez is ready to make a loan transfer deal to Tottenham in the January transfer window. The Mexican international is frustrated with life at Old Trafford having only played twice so far this season.
Despite Tottenham signing Roberto Soldado last summer in a club transfer record breaking deal worth £26million, Spurs' manager Andre Villas-Boas is a huge fan of Chicharito. Tottenham ar ehopeful that adding a player of Hernandez's calibre will keep them in the race for the Premier League title come the end of the season.
Meanwhile, Spanish side Atletico Madrid are also known to be interested in Hernandez and are ready to spend up to £20 million to bring the forward to La Liga.
Manchester United's first choice striker Robin van Persie prefers playing alongside England international Wayne Rooney, leaving Chicharito warming the bench awaiting more regular first team opportunity. Hernandez is expected to request showdown talks with Moyes in the next few weeks.
