Robert Lewandowski again linked with Chelsea transfer
Robert Lewandowski again linked with Chelsea transfer
Borussia Dortmund's Polish international forward Robert Lewandowski has yet again been linked with a move to Premier League giants Chelsea. The Blues are reportedly weighing up a January transfer deal.
With Chelsea's manager Jose Mourinho concerned that his misfiring strike force of Fernando Torres and Demba Ba are yet to score the goals required to dislodge Arsenal at the top of the league, the Blues are weighing up a transfer move for Borussia Dortmund's Lewandowski.
The burly Polish international's contract at Dortmund will expire in the summer and the player can then leave on a free transfer. Bayern Munich were believed to be in pole position to secure his signing, but now it is being reported that Chelsea are still in the race.
The player will be able to speak to Chelsea representatives on January 1st.
