Tottenham lead race for James Milner

Tottenham Hotspur are currently considered frontrunners to secure the services of Manchester City midfielder James Milner in the summer.
The former Aston Villa man, who has mainly featured from the bench under Manuel Pellegrini this season, has not been offered renew a new contract extension at the Etihad, and Spurs look keen on grabbing on the opportunity by offering the talented England international regular first-team football for the next campaign.
However, latest reports reveal that Tottenham could face stiff competition from rivals Arsenal and Liverpool for the player's signature at the end of the season, with the Gunners in need of an efficient back-up to injury-prone midfielder Jack Wilshere.
