Man Utd plot summer swoop for Thiago Silva

Paris Saint-Germain skipper Thiago Silva is considered as a top transfer target for Manchester United, following speculation that the Brazilian international is contemplating his future at the French giants beyond the current season.

The 29-year-old is understood to be disappointed with the club's failure to match the Europe's elite, and his relationship with manager Laurent Blanc appears to be at an all-time low.

 

Reports from France suggest that the Brazilian star, who is considered as one of the world's top centre-backs will be open to a switch away from Parc des Princes in the summer.

 

The Red Devils boss David Moyes is believed to be tracking the player's situation and a summer offer is likely to be made for his services.
