Everton eye Demba Ba as Romelu Lukaku replacement
Everton are reportedly preparing a bid of around £10m for Chelsea striker Demba Ba, should Romelu Lukaku return to Stamford Bridge this summer.
The talented Belgian international has enjoyed an excellent Premier League season on loan with Everton.
According to The Mail, the 20-year-old is unlikely to secure a permanent switch to the Toffees, and is ready to bite his time for a first-team place at Stamford Bridge under Jose Mourinho next season.
The report also add that the Merseysiders will now turn their attentions toward Ba, who is deemed to be surplus to requirements at the West London club.
However, they are likely to face stiff competition from the likes of Arsenal and Turkish giants Fenerbahce, who has also been linked with the 28-year-old in recent weeks.
