French midfielder Blaise Matuidi wanted by Arsenal

Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger is ready to spend the bulk of his summer transfer funds on a move for French international midfielder Blaise Matuidi.The PSG midfielder has been in excellent form during the World Cup so far and Arsene Wenger appears to have made the capture of a new midfield anchorman his top priority.

Matiudi still has two years remaining on his contract in Paris but had suggested he would one day like a move to the Premier League.
