Valencia eye move for Hazard

Valencia are believed to be readying a summer offer for Chelsea midfielder Thorgan Hazard.

The talented youngster, who happens to be the brother of Eden Hazard, joined the West London club in the summer of 2012, and has since then spent two seasons on loan with Zulte Waregem.

According to Het Niewsblad, the 21-year-old's excellent form with Zulte has attracted attention from Valencia, who are now prepared to make a summer move for his services.

Hazard notched up 16 goals in all competitions for the Belgian outfit last season.
