Croatian star to Arsenal?
Arsenal are reportedly eyeing a move for talented Croat Sime Vrsaljko.
The Croatian defender has long been a target of Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger and the Gunners will be boosted by the news that Serie A giant AC Milan have bowed out in the race for the player.
Vrsaljko is a powerful and promising fullback who also appeared for Croatia in this summer's World Cup and his performance was impressive.
The 22-year-old defender also enjoyed an impressive first season in Italy with Genoa.
Along with Arsenal, Inter Milan and Fiorentina are also reportedly in the race for the player.
As Bacary Sagna has already left for Manchester City, the Gunners are in need of a right-back and Vrsaljko could be the perfect replacement as he is relatively young.
Arsenal have already sealed a deal for Chilean Alexis Sanchez from Barcelona and are expected to complete more signings before the transfer window ends.
