Man Utd to launch £30m bid for Colombian winger?

Manchester United are apparently readying a summer offer for Fiorentina winger Juan Cuadrado, according to a report.

The Colombian international has an excellent spell with the national side at the World Cup finals in Brazil, and this has alerted interest from a host of top European clubs in recent weeks.

According to The Express, Red Devils boss Louis van Gaal is ready to make a mega-offer of around £30m for the talented winger.

However, Fiorentina, who recently secured full ownership of the 26-year-old from Udinese, have no intention of selling their star player in the near future.

United are also closing in on a deal for Arsenal defender Thomas Vermaelen.
