Liverpool considering move for Yannick Bolasie
Liverpool manager Brendan Rodgers is contemplating a move for Yannick Bolasie in the January transfer window. The speedy winger has been an important member of Crystal Palace's squad in recent seasons.
Bolasie, who took part in last season's crunch game between Palace and Liverpool that ended in a 3-3 draw and effectively ended the Anfield side's Premier League title winning ambitions, has been told by Palace manager Alan Pardew that he is an important player at the club. But the lure of a potential move to a bigger team could be difficult for Bolasie to turn down.
The 25-year-old Congo international joined Palace from Bristol City in 2012 and has been closely monitored by Brendan Rodgers since last season.
Alan Pardew, who arrived at Palace last week, has been given a hefty budget to spend on new players in January and could add a further £10 million to his budget if Bolasie is sold.
