Southampton to offer Jack Cork new deal
Southampton manager Ronald Koeman has been impressed with the performances of midfielder Jack Cork sufficiently enough to offer the player a brand new contract.
The versatile 25-year-old has just six months remaining on his contract at St Mary's and Koeman has decided to move quickly to ensure that Cork's best years will be played with the South Coast club.
Cork had been interesting other Premier League sides, with Leicester City and Aston Villa both considering a free transfer move for the former Chelsea youth starlet.
