Chelsea monitoring Bruno Martins Indi

Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho has deployed a scout to monitor the progress of Porto defender Bruno Martins Indi. The Dutch defender has been playing in Portugal since 2014.

Indi has fully established himself as a part of the Netherlands' international starting lineup and now continues to progress playing for Porto. The 23-year-old, who was actually born in Portugal, has had a good season for his club and Chelsea top scouts have checked in to watch Indi on numerous occasions. Juventus had also hoped to make a bid for the defender but so far have yet to have made an official move. Indi joined Porto from Feyenoord in 2014 and had four years remaining on his current contract. Chelsea would have to pay more than 22 million euros to sign Indi this summer.
