Roma ready move for Bacary Sagna
Roma ready move for Bacary Sagna
Manchester City defender Bacary Sagna has emerged as a summer target for Roma, according to a report.
The French international joined the Citizens from Arsenal on a free transfer over the summer, and has since then been forced to play second fiddle to Pablo Zabaleta at the right-back role.
According to The Mirror, the lack of regular first-team football could lure the former Gunners star into a summer exit from the Etihad.
The report adds that Serie A giants Roma have made enquiries regarding his availabilty, but his current wages of £130,000-a-week could prove to be a stumbling block in any potential deal.
Sagna has made 12 appearances for City this season.
