Chelsea eye Aaron Cresswell move?

Chelsea could be tempted into a summer offer for West Ham United defender Aaron Cresswell, The Mirror reports.

The talented defender joined the Hammers from Ipswich Town last summer, and has since then been in top form for the East London outfit.

According to The Mirror, Cresswell, who looks likely to be named the Hammer of the season, has emerged as a surprised target for Blues boss Jose Mourinho this summer.

The Blues have been forced to use Cesar Azpilicueta at the left-back role this season, with summer signing Filipe Luis struggling to come to terms with the pace of the game in the Premier League.
