Atletico Madrid star Koke is one among the top transfer targets for the Blues in the summer transfer window.

The Blues have been long linked with a move for the Spain international, with manager Jose Mourinho being a huge admirer of the player's ability with the ball.

Widespread reports now reveal that the Blues could make a mega offer in the region of £46m to sign up the midfield maestro in the upcoming transfer window.
