Chelsea 'not interested' in Antoine Griezmann

Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho has insisted that the club will not be signing Atletico Madrid forward Antoine Griezmann during the summer transfer window.

It had been earlier reported that the Blues were keen on bringing in the Frenchman in order to boost their attack options for next season.

However, Mourinho has revealed that the club will not make a move for the La Liga star this summer.

"Griezmann is a great striker but is not within our objectives to strengthen the squad for next season. We are not interested," He told Evening Standard.

The 24-year-old scored 25 goals for Atleti in all competitions this season.
