Man Utd join John Stones pursuit
Manchester United have reportedly joined Chelsea in the chase to sign Everton defender John Stones.
The England international has recently expressed a desire to join the Premier League holders, but the club's hierarchy have dismissed chances of the defender exiting Goodison Park this summer.
However, The Mirror cites that the Red Devils are ready to take advantage of the strained relationship between the clubs, by making an offer of their own for the 21-year-old central defender.
It is thought that United would be willing to offer Jonny Evans in a player-plus-cash deal to sign the former Barnsley man.
