Wilson on Celtic radar

Scottish champions Celtic have become the latest club to be interested in a temporary deal for Manchester United striker James Wilson.

The 19-year-old broke into the first-team under Louis van Gaal, and notched a solitary goal in 13 league appearances for his side.

However, his chances have got limited this season, following the arrival of summer signing Anthony Martial from AS Monaco on deadline day.

According to The Scotsman, the Hoops will seek to bring the young striker to Park Head on loan when the transfer window reopens in the New Year.

Wilson is thought to have attracted interest from several Championship clubs over the summer, but Van Gaal was keen of keeping hold of his young asset.
