Bayern Munich want Gareth Bale

German giants Bayern Munich have become the latest club to show interest in Real Madrid star Gareth Bale.

The Welsh international was heavily linked with a move back to the Premier League over the summer.

According to The Mirror, the Bavarian outfit are said to be eyeing a move for the Wales international, who is said to be considering his future at the Bernabeu.

It is added that the former Tottenham Hotspur man is being considered as a long-term replacement for Arjen Robben, who is approaching the twilight of his career.

Bale is currently recovering from a thigh injury which he suffered on international duty.
