Arsenal favourites for Daniele Rugani?

Arsenal are understood to be front-runners in the pursuit of Juventus defender Daniele Rugani.

The Old Lady will allow the 21-year-old seek a fresh challenge in the winter transfer window.

Calciomercato understands that Rugani has made his mind up for a transfer having struggled for playing time at Turin.

The report adds that the Gunners lead the queue, but would have to fight off interest from Serie A sides Fiorentina and Napoli.

Juventus are also believed to be open to a temporary deal for their young defender, and will assess their options in the New Year.
