Chelsea, Arsenal target Abel Ruiz

Premier League giants Chelsea and Arsenal are interested in securing the signature of Barcelona wonderkid Abel Ruiz.

The 16-year-old, who is regarded very highly in the La Masia academy, has yet to sign a professional contract at Camp Nou.

Barcelona have lost the likes of Hector Bellerin, Bojan Krkic and Adama Traore to the Premier League in recent years, and according to The Mirror, both the Blues and Gunners have become negotiations with the Ruiz's family regarding a summer move.

It is added that Arsene Wenger's side are leading the pursuit of the young striker with club scout Francis Cagigao having built a good reputation in the Spanish game.
