PSG eye double Chelsea swoop?

Paris Saint-Germain will reportedly look to lure Chelsea duo Eden Hazard and Thibaut Courtois to Ligue 1 this summer.

The Belgian pairing have had a tough time in the Premier League this season with the Blues failing to replicate the form that took them to the title last campaign.

According to The Express, Les Parisiens will make a former approach for Hazard as they seek to find a suitable replacement for outgoing star Zlatan Ibrahimovic.

The French champions are also seeing into a deal for fellow counterpart Courtois, who has been a key player for the Blues in recent seasons.
