English giants vying for James Rodriguez
English giants vying for James Rodriguez
Real Madrid attacker James Rodriguez could be heading to the Premier League this summer with interest high from the likes of Chelsea, Manchester City and Manchester United.
The Colombian international joined Los Blancos from AS Monaco last season, and had an excellent first year with the club.
However, his second term has turned out to be dismal and this has led to heavy criticism from the club's faithful.
Spanish outlet AS suggests that Los Blancos' hierarchy are open to offloading the 24-year-old in the summer following his poor attitude towards current boss Zinedine Zidane.
The report adds that the young midfielder is likely to make a move to England with a number of top sides vying for his services.
Rodriguez has notched five goals and an assist in 18 league outings for Los Blancos this season.
