Real Madrid end De Gea interest
Real Madrid are unlikely to pursue a summer deal for Manchester United goalkeeper David de Gea.
The Spain international had been close to sealing his dream move to the Bernabeu last summer before a breakdown in communications saw the clubs fail to submit the necessary paperwork before the transfer deadline.
De Gea has since then committed his long-term future to the Red Devils, but there has been speculation that Los Blancos could revive their interest at the end of the season.
German news outlet DPA now claims that the Capital outfit are unlikely to return for De Gea as they are convinced with the abilities of Costa Rican stopper Keylor Navas.
Navas is expected to be rewarded with a new contract at Real following his impressive showing this term.
