Chelsea target Henrikh Mkhitaryan

Chelsea are eager to pursue a deal for Borussia Dortmund attacker Henrikh Mkhitaryan despite their failure to qualify for the Champions League next season.

The Armenia international has been recently linked with a move to England with London rivals Arsenal seemingly keen on landing his services.

However, The Mirror says the Blues hierarchy consider Mkhitaryan in high regard, and will do all within their reach to lure the player to Stamford Bridge this summer.

The Premier League holders are also said to be preparing a bid for Juventus centre-back Leonardo Bonucci.

Mkhitaryan has been in stunning form for Dortmund this term netting 19 goals and 22 assists in all competitions.
