Man City join Kante pursuit

Manchester City are set to rivals the likes of Arsenal and Chelsea in the race to sign Leicester City star N'Golo Kante. The 25-year-old has been one of the stand-out players for the Foxes this season, and this has earned him international recognition with France.

Incoming City boss Pep Guardiola is said to be on the look out for a new enforcer of Kante's calibre with Yaya Toure and Fernando tipped to leave the Etihad in the summer.

According to The Mirror, the Premier League leaders are open to the player's sale provided they are able to recruit a suitable replacement.

Kante, who was shortlisted for the PFA Player of the Year accolade, has made the most number of interceptions in the league this term.
