Juventus star agrees Chelsea move
Chelsea are believed to have had a verbal agreement to sign Juventus' Swiss right-back Stephan Lichtsteiner. The 32-year-old is worried about his future with Dani Alves close to completing a move from Barcelona.
Lichtsteiner has been a key contributor for the Turin giants earning over 180 appearances since his debut in 2011.
However, with the club closing in on the services of Alves, the player's position is under threat and this could lead him to a fresh challenge over the summer.
Italian transfer expert Emanuele Giulianelli says the Blues have finalized terms with the Switzerland international, and an £8.3m deal will go through, once the Old Lady confirm the signing of Alves.
Lichtsteiner will feature for his national side in this summer's European championships in France.
