Everton keen on Juan Mata
Everton boss Ronald Koeman is desperate to lure Manchester United midfielder Juan Mata to Goodison Park this summer. The Spaniard's future is hanging in the balance following Jose Mourinho's arrival at Old Trafford.
The 28-year-old has been tipped to leave United in the transfer window with the 'Special One' having previously sold him at Chelsea due to his poor work rate.
According to The Telegraph, the Toffees could be first to pounce on Mata with coach Koeman eager to add the player to his revolution next season.
The Dutchman has previously managed Mata during a six-month spell at Valencia in the 2007/08 campaign.
United currently value their asset at £20m, and signs are he could be offloaded by the end of the month. Mata played no part in Spain's Euro 2016 challenge after he failed to make the cut for the showpiece.
