West Ham to finalize Carlos Bacca move

West Ham United with hold talks with the agent of Carlos Bacca next week before finalizing his move to the Premier League. The Hammers have already the player's £26m release clause.

Bacca had a fairly good spell for the Rossoneri following his move from Sevilla last season, and this had caught the eye of the Hammers.

Sky Sports News says Hammers officials will meet up with the player's entourage by next week to discuss personal terms over a long-term contract.

Slaven Bilic's side are looking to add a marquee striker to their ranks as they seek to compete with the league's best next season.

The 29-year-old netted 20 goals in 42 outings for the Rossoneri last term.
