Could Felipe Anderson be set for Chelsea switch?
Felipe Anderson's agents are working on sealing a move from Lazio to Chelsea for the Brazilian player, according to reports in Italy.
Anderson has been linked with a move to Manchester United several times over the last 12 months, with the Roman club insisting that they had even turned down a €50 million offer from the Red Devils last summer.
But now it appears that the 23-year-old could finally be about to move to the Premier League by joining Chelsea.
Cheslea's new manager Antono Conte has already secured the signing of Belgian striker Michy Batshuayi from Marseille for around €40m this summer, and is said to be keen on investing in a new central defender, with Juventus' Leonardo Bonucci and Napoli's Kalidou Koulibaly both thought to be targets.
But it appears that the Italian coach has not yet finished adding to his attacking arsenal, and a move for Anderson may be in the offing.
Anderson had a breakthrough campaign at the Stadio Olimpico during the 2014-15 season, as he helped his side earn a place in the Champions league with a string of excellent performances.
But last season, Anderson's form was inconsistent to say the least, as the one-cap Brazil international struggled to replicate the performances of the previous campaign, and was even dropped from the starting eleven for a few months.
The is no doubting Anderson's talent though, and Conte would back himself to get the best out of the former Santos player if he makes that swicth to Stamford Bridge.
