West Ham interested in James Rodriguez?
West Ham United are preparing a potential bid for Real Madrid playmaker James Rodriguez. The Colombian is assessing his options following a frustrating spell in the first-team last season.
The 25-year-old has been widely tipped to leave the European champions this summer after he failed to earn sufficient playing time under Zinedine Zidane last term.
Los Blancos currently rate their asset in the £67m range, but this is unlikely to deter the Hammers from lodging a formal offer for the attacker, Spanish source Marca claims.
Apart from the Hammers, the likes of Chelsea, Manchester United, and Paris Saint-Germain are keeping a close eye on the player's situation.
The midfielder recently took part for Colombia at the Copa America Centenario where they came third overall.
Rodriguez has appeared in 78 games for Real since his switch from AS Monaco in 2014.
