Leicester City have agreed a fee with Polish club Cracovia for teenage winger Bartosz Kaputska, according to reports.

The Daily Mail reported yesterday that the Premier League champions have agreed a fee of £7.4 million for the 19-year-old winger, who impressed for Poland at the recent UEFA European Championship in France -- drawing plaudits for his performance against Northern Ireland in particular.

Despite his tender years, Kaputska played 35 times for Cracovia last season, scoring five goals and impressively registering 10 assists.

The teenager is capable of playing on either wing, or centrally as an attacking midfielder.

The news of Leicester's pursuit of the creative youngster, has sparked speculation that the foxes are preparing to sell PFA player of the Year Riyad Mahrez, who has been the subject of interest from Arsenal, according to reports in France.

The former Le Havre player is thought to be on Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger's summer wish-list, with a bid of £42 million said to be in the offing.

Wenger has already missed out on signing one Leicester player this summer, after star striker Jamie Vardy decided to remain at the King Power stadium after the Gunners activated his £20 million buyout clause.

However, the Foxes will be extremely reluctant to part ways with Mahrez, having already lost N'Golo Kanté to Chelsea for £32 million. As they gear up for their maiden Champions League campaign, Leicester will be counting on the creativity and goal threat of the Algerian star.
