Liverpool, Arsenal target Jese Rodriguez

Premier League giants Liverpool and Arsenal are vying for the services of Real Madrid forward Jese Rodriguez. The Spaniard is a fringe player for the European champions.

The 23-year-old had been strongly linked with a Premier League move last summer before Los Blancos opted to keep hold of his signature.

Since then, he has struggled for regular game-time with the likes of Karim Benzema and Gareth Bale being preferred ahead of him in the pecking order.

The Suns says the Gunners and Reds are back in for the player as they look to strengthen their ranks for the new season.

A loan agreement is likely to be proposed with an option to buy at the end of 2016/17 campaign.

Jese netted six goals in all competitions for Real last term.
